Kim Bouldin

Joining the Pinon team was a natural match for Kim when she became licensed in 2012. She has a strong Midwestern work ethic and a proven ability to combine a sense of community with business success. A retired roller derby player, Kim is a fierce competitor who approaches life with enthusiasm, humor, and commitment. With compassion for her community and a sense of gratefulness for the quality of life the Arkansas Valley has provided her for the past 25 years, Kim is eager to give back and share the abundance with others.

Chaos, approaching the unknown, and a need to be flexible are not a problem. Kim has a career background in owning/operating a successful restaurant, managing a non-profit, and selling real estate. She has spent the last 20 + years raising two healthy, happy, outdoorsy kids. She has organized everything from a mountain bike fundraising ride for the local Domestic Violence program to a “Buy Local” fundraiser for the Elementary School to a Beer Pong tournament fundraiser for her derby team. Kim is familiar with Salida’s resources, and actively connected on a social, school, “kid” and business level and many of her friends report Kim as one of the first people they met when moving to town. She was honored to receive the Salida Chamber of Commerce “Woman of the Year” award in 2015 and to be FIBArk Commodore in 2016.

Kim is not afraid to take direction, go out on a limb, ask questions, and work hard for you. She is loyal, dedicated, and fun to be around, and provides each client the time and dedication she feels everyone deserves.
