I have Know Kim Branch for 48 years. we went to Jr. High and High School together. I have not seen or talked to her in about 30 years.
Kim was recommended to me by another close friend of mine who said she was in real estate sales, So i contacted Kim earlier this year and asked if she would be interested in getting my house on the market to be sold.
Kim was all in.
The Next few weeks would be difficult, needed to get tenants out and start the path to get everything working and fixed in house.
I'm 1800 miles away from this residence so it was very hard for me to help out with repairs, But Kim was all in and she took over the recovery and repairs to be done at the house, everything from yard maintenance to scheduling the contractors, and at the same time getting this house on the Market in a short amount of time.
She totally came thru on everything she had said she would get done.
Once everything was complete she had it on the Market and I got an offer within a week. And the house closed in 6 weeks.
I would refer Kim Branche to all my friends and Family.
She not only puts in 100% she goes way beyond to get it done right. I couldn't have asked for a better Real estate agent. she is the Best at what she does.

Kim is the best! She walked my wife and I through the entire process of getting us in our first home. We were nervous and didn't really have any idea where to start , but Kim was there every step of the way. She kept on top of new listings for us. She came with us to each of our showings, and she made sure that we got our "homework" done that we needed to to get us in our house. She also paired us with a mortgage broker and an attorney that we enjoyed working with. Her experience and expertise reduced our stress significantly. I would highly recommend working with Kim to find your next place to live!
