I was a first time homebuyer and Kim was excellent. She was extremely patient, professional and kind. I asked so many questions at various times of the day and evening, and she was always responsive and understanding. She showed me homes within the budget I was comfortable with and in the areas that worked for me. I couldn't ask for a better person to have by my side during this process and especially during a pandemic and all the housing highs and supply issues. I could go on and on. If you're looking for a knowledgeable realtor with your best interest in the forefront, she's the one. I would definitely work with her again in the future.
