Kim did a fantastic job selling my mom’s house for me. I thought she went well beyond what most realtors would have done. She gave me very good advice on a good selling price and at the same time achieve a reasonably quick sale. The house needed some work and some repairs, and Kim made many of the arrangements necessary to accomplish the work and repairs. She also helped clean out some of the items in the house. Thus, I didn’t have to take as much time off from work as I otherwise would have to make arrangements and what not. She also spent time staging the house so that it would present better. Due to her efforts I had multiple bids to choose from just two days after the house was listed. Unfortunately, some time after I chose the winning bid, the buyer backed out for personal reasons and attempted to retain the earnest money. Kim quickly jumped into action and succeeded in forcing the first buyer to turn over the earnest money. She also quickly lined up a replacement buyer, and closing was delayed by only 10 days or so. All in all she made the whole process much easier for me than it otherwise would have been given the difficult circumstances involved. I don’t think many other realtors would have put in as much time and effort as she did to achieve a highly successful result. A family friend had strongly recommended that I consider Kim, and Kim clearly proved she was deserving of that recommendation. She is clearly a five-star realtor. I highly recommend her to others looking to sell a house.

Kim was very helpful to me during my 1st home buying experience. So was always a phone call or txt away to answer any question I had not matter how big or small. Great realtor help me out immensely I can’t say enough. Very knowledgeable about her job, she treats you like family. I would and plan on referring her to anyone I know looking to purchase a home. Streamlined the whole home buying process for me headache free.

Kim recently helped a family member sell his mother’s house. She was amazing! Not only did Kim spend hours providing guidance, but she helped prepare the house for showings, lined up a wonderful cleaning person, arranged for an estate sale, found people to fix locks, lights and a hole in the roof and someone to do yard work. Kim went above and beyond to help. I’m keeping her contact information!

Kim helped us find the perfect condo for us when we recently moved back to the QC after being away for 43 years. She is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, and she had several property showings lined up for us to look at on both sides of the river the one day we returned to the area to find our new home. She even toured a home for us using FaceTime when we couldn't return to look at the home in person. Kim goes over and beyond the usual duties of a realtor. Kim did such an amazing job helping us find the perfect house! She seemed to understand what we were looking for immediately and had a thorough knowledge of the area and neighborhoods. Even when I started to doubt myself and what I wanted, Kim never lost sight of what would be perfect for us and helped us find the right one. We then had to navigate closing a short sale and Kim kept us on top of the whole process to make it as smooth as possible. I appreciated having someone who was so connected within the area help us quickly get all of the necessary inspections and renovations that were immediately needed. We loved having Kim on our team!

Kim went above and beyond in helping us find a house. On Mother’s Day Kim went and looked at houses 2 hours away from Davenport, IA leaving her family. She was extremely helpful when putting our house on the market. The photos and video of our house was awesome. If you are looking to sell your home Kim Brozovich is definitely the realtor you want. She won’t stop until the sold sign is in the yard.
