Kim is lucky to live in one of her favorite cities: Phoenix. Growing up in Champaign, Illinois and visiting family in Phoenix to swim, hike, and play outside in December with cousins formed lasting memories of outdoor adventures in the Valley of the Sun. The warm temps, giant blue skies and mountains that sprinkle the metro area beckon so many of us “Midwesterners” to pull up stakes and Go West. Best Move Ever!
Through working in Real Estate Investing and residential redevelopment, Kim has gained invaluable exposure to real estate and developed a keen aptitude due to her passion, knowledge, heartfelt drive and experience in the industry. Honesty and integrity have helped her build a business of repeat clients and referrals. Navigating two children through the Chandler Unified school system (and now starting to guide one through the AZ state university system), volunteering in classrooms, PTOs and with local charities, and serving on several committees at Seville Golf and Country Club as well as the HOA Board in her community has helped her gain a full understanding of the diverse needs of families and residents in the community.
Most of Kim's days are spent helping her amazing clients by showing or staging homes, studying industry trends, negotiating contracts, attending inspections and appraisals and passing keys over to excited new homeowners. When she is not busy helping her clients, she enjoys hiking, cooking, yoga, skiing, swimming, Pelotoning and golfing with her husband and two daughters.
