About Kim
Kimberly has always had an interest in Real Estate and decided to take the class to increase her knowledge. Upon completing the classes and obtaining her license, she knew this was the career she wanted to move forward in.
Before starting in Real Estate, Kimberly had a career in Social Work and as a Counselor after graduating from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 1992. Her previous career taught her a great deal about working with people and has helped her become a better agent especially with understanding and addressing the stress involved with buying, selling or renting a home. With over 16 years in the industry Kimberly has enjoyed helping her clients with selling, buying, and renting their homes. With her experience and unique approach, she has built her business with very little self-promotion. The majority of her business (about 95%) is referral base.
Kimberly's business approach has always been very simple:
1. Do the very best you can and do and do it with honesty and respect.
2. Continue my education in order to better serve everyone in order to navigate the ever changing laws. This year I can include obtaining my Associate Broker’s License.
3. Have an open ear to really hear what my clients’ needs are and always put those needs first.
4. Just do the right thing each and every time!
Kimberly's carrier has taken her throughout the state of Maryland in order to help many clients. She’s licensed in the entire state of MD but has extensive experience in the Counties of: Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Baltimore City, Carroll, Frederick, Harford, Howard, Montgomery, Prince George’s, Washington, and even Queen Anne’s! One of Kimberly's roles that she is very proud of is the mentoring of new agents. Several years ago, she was asked to develop a mentoring program at her previous office, Le Reve Real Estate. She continues to this day mentor agents at Samson Properties. She takes great pride in helping new agents learn and be the best agents they can be. Kimberly was once told “this is your passion” and she truly believes that it is, because she’s helping people. There is nothing more rewarding then seeing a client’s face when they’ve completed their transaction with little to no stress and they are completely satisfied with their experience! Kimberly looks forward to continue to work with her clients and helping them obtain their individual home buying, rental and selling goals. She can honestly say, “My goal is helping you obtain yours!”
