I highly recommended Kim to my father when he needed help selling a couple of rental properties and buying another one. Kim Crump was a joy to work with. This was the second home she helped my family with. We chose Kim after our initial meeting where she explained the different rules of purchasing in North Carolina. Kim has a wealth of knowledge on the Raleigh/Durham market. She always returned our calls promptly and went out of her way to meet our schedule when viewing potential homes. We worked with Kim Crump from Linda Craft Team Realtors for the sale of our first house in 2021. Kim also helped us with the purchase of current home which was purchased this year. When we sold our first home we interviewed 3 realtors. Kim was in a league of her own. It was evident that she did her homework. She was very knowledgeable of the area and market dynamics. We ended up selling our house for 20k over list price and almost 50k over what competing agents told us would be a realistic sales price. Two years later we reached out to Kim again to purchase our current home. Kim found us the perfect, stately brick house in an great location. From initial offer to closing was only about 30 days. Communication was always on point and proactive, we never felt like we were in the dark about anything. Kim listened to us and took our concerns seriously. She held the sellers feet to the fire and made sure they did everything right on their end. Kim is a rockstar at picking fantastic lots. She helped us buy a new construction home. We initially consulted her to get her thoughts on a lot we had selected. She didn't hold back and gave us an honest assessment. When we moved our focus to a community less than a mile away, she steered us towards the best lot (we'd started with the wrong kind) and helped us by getting all the easement, final grading and lot fit information. This was key in selecting the right site. She also helped us pick the right structural upgrades and have our budget maximize our value. She is extremely knowledgeable and effective. While she was helping us customize our Toll Brother home, she was selling the same model built by TB 16 years ago. She had a lot of observations that helped tremendously. She even got us a discount in the 2020 (July) new construction market!!!
She was awesome throughout the process of building and ensuring our home was up to the "luxury build" standard that the builder had promised. We are very happy to have gone with Kim. We selected her based on her google reviews and I can see why all her customers rave about her.
She's a listing agent too, so I know who I'll be reaching out to if I ever decide to move/sell again.

Kim is the BEST!!
Kim is professional, knowledgeable and looks out for your best interest.
We lived out of state when we were looking to move to NC.
Kim was HIGHLY recommended to us by family.
As we found homes and lots we were interested in, we notified Kim. She would go to the location taking pictures and videos. Several times she Facetime us.
Several times she pointed out potential issues with the home/lot in question.
With her help we found the perfect lot and builder.
Once we started building, she was there to help us through every step of the process.
One serious issue did arise in the building process. Kim contacted the builder directly and it was resolved immediately. We gave her the nickname of “Mamma Bear”
She watched out for us like we were family.
We highly recommend Kim Crump as your “Personal” Real Estate Agent!

Kim is Outstanding! She guided us through the difficult process of cleanup and renovation and was great with her guidance and support. I can't think of anything she could have done better.
