A resident of the Main Line for most of her life, Kim has lived in Wayne since 1998, establishing strong roots in her community and building an extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods and real estate marketplace.
As an award-winning real estate professional for over 12 years, Kim’s success comes from listening intently to her clients and creating customized marketing plans for sellers and search strategies for buyers. Her business and reputation are built on integrity, professionalism, top-notch customer service, and her passion for helping people.
After earning her degree in Design at Drexel, Kim began her career in New York in Product Development and Global Sourcing for several major US brands. While traveling the world, Kim worked with many different cultures, honing her skills in negotiation and relationship management while managing budgets, deadlines, and exceeding sales goals. These skills paved the way for a natural transition into Real Estate Sales in 2009 and they continue to provide her clients with a competitive edge in today’s dynamic real estate market.
Kim and her husband enjoy spending time with their two daughters and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. When not busy selling homes, you will find Kim walking her dog Tait, skiing, practicing Pilates, gardening, traveling, entertaining, and giving back to her community. Kim is on the board of her neighborhood civic association and serves on the Advisory Board for ECHOES, a philanthropic organization providing education and health care opportunities to children in Philadelphia and Uganda.
