Kim Dawson

Kim is a full-time, professional REALTOR® who makes the home buying or selling process smooth by handling the details of her client's real estate transactions. Originally from the Midwest, she moved numerous times (Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Ohio, Kansas) before settling in NC 30 years ago. She knows the challenges of relocation, selling a home, finding the right new home, and moving with children.

She must admit, not all her experiences were smooth and that is why she became a REALTOR® to help her clients every step of the way. From their first meeting, thru contract negotiations all the way to closing; she is there to help guide them. Very knowledgeable with the NC Real Estate contract and forms (2010-2011 NC Realtors Form Committee Chairperson), Kim is able to negotiate a contract with her client’s best interests at heart.

Kim's vendor/resource list contains professionally qualified and screened service providers to help them through the transaction and beyond. She wants to be their real estate consultant whenever needed.
