I had the pleasure of working with Kim Delaney as my realtor to help me sell my home as I was retiring and moving to Lisbon, Portugal. Kim knew I was working with a very tight timeframe and had to sell before I left the country. She did a phenomenal job creating the listing and helping me prepare my home to show publicly. Kim was quite effective on providing feedback and getting feedback from prospective buyers. And, when the right offer came in, she professionally advised me on the counter offer process, due diligence, inspection and what it took to get to a closed deal! We closed in less than two weeks and I am now happily living in Lisbon Portugal!!
Kim is a consummate professional and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend her!

Kim is a dream to work with. Very knowledgeable and hard working. She knows how to guide you through the entire process of selling your home from listing it all the way to closing. If the inspector finds any issues that need to be addressed, Kim can suggest companies for you to use that she knows from working with them in the past.
Cannot say enough about the great experience we had with Kim helping us sell our home we had lived in for 38 years!
