Kim DeWeese

Kim DeWeese has been in the real estate industry as a broker associate for nearly
ten years. Her interest in the field began at an early age in Baltimore, Maryland
when her father, a real estate investor, showed her the rope’s of the business. She
never forgot those lessons, or her father’s passion, and decided several years ago
to follow in his footsteps and make real estate her calling.

Helping others has always been an important part of Kim’s life, as evidenced by her
previous career as an operating room nurse. That experience taught her to be a strong
advocate for the people she serves, putting their interests first. The empathy Kim
learned in the operating room now benefits her customers in the way she appreciates
and understands their needs and desires, and translates that understanding into
results-oriented performance.

Known for her tailored concierge service, her attention to detail, and her intimate
knowledge of the Naples luxury real estate market, Kim has consistently been an
award-winning top producer. In order to ensure the best possible service for her
customers, she continually educates herself on the ever-changing real estate market
conditions, the latest technologies in the field, and is often ahead of new trends, as
well. As part of her efforts, Kim is an active member of the Naples Area Board of
REALTORS® and of the National Associations of REALTORS®. She is actively
involved in the Naples community, as well, being a member of the Rotary Club of
Naples and acting as a volunteer coordinator for animal advocacy, protecting the
health and welfare of vulnerable animals.
