A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Kim began her career in business-to-business sales before transitioning into new home sales with Lennar Homes, where she developed a strong foundation in residential construction, community development, and customer service. Her diverse professional background also includes leadership roles in collegiate and professional sports, working with the NBA, AFL, and UFL, where she served as Director for the Las Vegas Locos. These experiences sharpened her skills in marketing, public relations, leadership, and communication, all of which have become invaluable assets in her real estate career.
As a native Floridian raised on a working cattle ranch in Central Florida, Kim brings a unique understanding of Florida land, agriculture, and rural living.
