Working with Kim was great, especially as a first-time homebuyer. She walked us through everything we needed to know and never made us feel like we were alone in the process. As first time home buyers, we were not sure what to expect. Kim far exceeded any expectation we had and made the process so smooth and easy. She answered endless questions at any time and was so understanding. With things moving so quickly on the market, we often would send a note as soon as we saw something we liked come on the market. Kim always acted quickly to set up showings. She made multiple trips into the suburbs just to view a house or two with us which we so appreciated. Another major bonus of working with Kim is her attitude. She was always kind and honest. Overall, we would highly recommend Kim to first time home buyers and seasoned buyers alike. You won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely phenomenal representation! Kim is quick, responsive, kind, and has fantastic instincts and local market knowledge. I was amazed by the service and by the end result. Can't recommend her enough!
