When the real estate market was going wild in May of 2022, I had the pleasure of being the buyer's agent for a listing that Kim Drakulich had listed. Even in the frenzied pace, Kim was highly communicative and helpful with some added details since her seller's were out of state. While we are both agents at Lantern Realty and Development, we had never worked together on a transaction and I felt like a review was valid from another real estate agents perspective.

Kim is absolutely amazing! We tried to sell our home on our own, but soon found something was missing. It was Kim. She is down to earth, professional, super knowledgeable, and easily accessible.

Our house sold quick and because of our wonderful experience, we chose Kim to help us find our new home. She was very patient and willing to drive anywhere to show us a potential home. She was also upfront and honest about whether a home we were interested in truly would meet our wishlist. This helped narrow our search and save time. And she even showed us a couple of homes that she warned us about even though we were too stubborn to listen. 😉 She was right btw.

Overall, she gave us piece of mind that everything was going to turn out okay. And it did! Smooth closings and no regrets. We love Kim and think of her as family now. 100% recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Kim is amazing! I was selling my first house and moving out of state. Kim was amazing through the whole process. She walked me through every step and explained everything to me. She was even there on the day I signed my closing papers to make sure things went off without a hitch. I will definitely contact her again if I move back to the area.
