Prior to starting her career in real estate, Kim spent over 20 years as an executive in marketing, consulting and project management, where she honed her skills as a problem solver, a great communicator and a trusted leader – all essential qualities of a successful real estate agent.

When she's not working for her clients, you might find Kim at one of her daughters' soccer games, paddle boarding along Lake Michigan, or advising friends and family with interior design ideas.

She lives in Evanston with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs (Lucia and Leo).
