Kim was recommended by another military family . We interviewed a few other realtors and Kim was by far the best fit for down to earth kinda folks who like honesty. We spent 4 months looking for acreage with a house in Hickory VA. She was patient and very quick with looking at homes for us since we were remote . She’s the kinda lady who has raised kids and wears outdoor boots instead of heels. Love her and will be using her to buy and sell again . She also knows lots of contractors who have all been great. Her designer is excellent too in case you are in need of one.

Kim is the consumate professional. In August when my original contract fell apart, I asked Kim to take over selling my home. I was out of town and she took care of everything. And even when other contracts fell through not for various reasons, she kept on and after 2 months, my house sold for the best price and to a happy new homeowner. Kim is very knowledgeable in real estate and everything that comes along with it. I've never sold a home and she respected the time I needed, answered all of my questions, and provided resources for everything I needed. I never once felt like she didn't know what she was doing or was winging it. She's organized and stays at the top of her game! If she didn't answer her phone, which was rare, she returned the call timely. I'm truly thankful she was with me through the process. We are military family so we have moved quite a bit. We have worked with several realtors over the years in several states. Kim was my favorite by far. She is very personable and extremely knowledgeable of the area. This was one of the most stressful military moves we have ever dealt with. Working with Kim and finding a home was the only thing that didn't go wrong during this move. We had to bring 3 small children to some of our viewings and Kim was very accommodating and made sure to stager viewings so the kids could get out and stretch thier legs in between houses. That thoughtfulness meant alot to me and my children. Not only was she knowledgeable when it came to the areas we were looking to live, but she was knowledgeable when it came to our options when it was time to put in our offer. Without her insight we would have probably been stuck looking for several more weeks or even months for a home.
We have been in our home for 2 months now and couldn't be happier . We have the best neighbors and a great neighbhood. Thank you Kim!!!

I cannot recommend Kim enough! It was a crazy seller's market, but I got to looking with Kim and closed on a wonderful home in less than a month! She was super responsive, attentive, and kept me posted about everything! She even referred me to people who can help me fix up things here and there on the house. You should absolutely work with Kim because she will work with you to buy a home that is reasonable for your situation and not get you something priced more than it is worth! Highly recommended!! Oh my goodness this woman is a miracle worker! Kim is the most amazing Realtor ever! My husband and I moved to Virginia 3 years ago and she was referred to us by one of our friends. We were very hard to work with, we kept changing our minds about what we wanted and I know we were a little frustrating to her but she was amazing and helped us find our first home. Then 2 years later we called her up again and said we want to downsize and she said great! We looked at 6 or 7 different properties all in ONE day and found the one. We were in a scramble to find a house that we could close on in 15 days because we were selling our other property and she did it! I will always recommend Kim because she is so down to earth and professional!
