Kim cleared her schedule for us over two weekends, tirelessly showed listings and ultimately negotiated a good deal for us when we found the perfect home for our family. Kim is knowledgeable about the area, neighborhood, and schools. Because of her knowledge and experience in the area, the process of selecting a home was efficient as she narrowed down the list of potential homes to fit our expressed wants and needs. Kim also partners with a great lender who closed our loan in just under three weeks. We’ve purchased several homes over the years, and this transaction was by far the most efficient and the least stressful, all accredited to Kim and her passion for what she does. Include details to help otOur experience was nothing short of FANTASTIC. I was in the local area (GA) on a TDY when I found out that our family would soon moving to the area. I picked up one of the local fliers and found Kim's wonderful picture and just knew that she would be someone that would be good to deal with, and I was NOT dissappointed. She met with me alone and we went looking at homes so she could get an idea of what I was looking for in a home. I then went back to AZ to pack and wait for our move date. I was surprised when it came about three months earlier than expected. I made contact with Kim and told her that we were on our way back to the Atlanta area - lock,stock and barrel. When we arrived 5 days later she had lined up 19 homes for us to look at. She took the family AND our dog and away we went. We found a home that we would fit our needs and would be back the next morning to put in a bid. Kim went home that night and did some more searching and REALLY DID find our dream home. We arrived the next morning and she told us that she had another home to show us. We set out and as we rounded the corner both my husband and I knew that we had found our home. We have been in our home for almost 4-1/2 years now and we run into Kim when we are out and about, She still has the same wonderful smile and is a real friend. And boy did she deliver. She was always professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. She knew what we were looking for and never once made us feel like we were asking too many questions. For months Kim took the time to search for houses within our budget. We were very picky and changed our minds many times. She was extremely patient with us. We found the perfect home for us in a fantastic neighborhood. I am not joking, our neighborhood is awesome!! We used her preferred lender to close, ours was taking way too long! Kim was right on that one as well! Fast forward to now 2017. I have kept in touch with Kim over the years, she will always be my realtor! From Jeremy DeBruce 7/31/17 Zillow Review Kim is the Greatest of All Time. My wife and I were not the most knowledgeable of the home buying process. Kim was able to find us a home within our budget and never tried to push us outside of that budget. She will put you first above anything else. The good things about Kim is that she is very Thorough, Prompt, Efficient, Dependable and will go the extra mile to accommodate you with the home buying process. She also has a pretty good knowledge of telling you if the home is overpriced based on the exterior and interior features she was spot on when telling us these things. The selling agent was not the best but Kim stayed on him and pressed him to be responsive and prompt when we were negotiating so we would meet our tight closing deadline. She was even still negotiating repairs for us at closing which we got. Kim made this process a non stress factor with her PROFESSIONALISM. Also she was very knowledgeable of the location we wanted to live in and steered us clear of the not so good neighborhoods. I would recommend Kim to anyone. There is no need to look elsewhere for an agent Kim is the one. If you don't choose her you're missing out
