I've had this company take over my property while I was overseas. They took it over from Midland real estate who neglected my home on multiple occasions and left it vacant for 3 months.
Kim and Kayla are very hard workers and always communicate extremely well with me about everything. I would 100% recommend

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Kim has recently taken us on as new clients (we are the owners, military family, and we will be renting out our Dream Home until we can get back to Nebraska). She is FANTASTIC! We have had many property managers over the years, but Kim is on a whole other level! She took the time to come and visit with us, spending an hour talking about her company, our home, the overall process, her management philosphy and how she runs everything, at which point we knew we wanted her to manage our home. She is extremely knowledgeable about management and the local market, and even presented us with a timeline based on the move timeline we discussed with her. She listed our home about a month and a half prior to our move, and had renters with a signed on lease within a week! She has been extremely proactive about communicating our options to us (lawn care, any other questions the tenants had, etc.), and has taken great care of both us as owners, as well as the incoming tenants. We know we are in great hands!

Kim and Turnkey Services receive our highest recommendation! Look no further, she will take great care of you and your home!
