Kim helped us every step of the way in the sale of our home, from preparing it for sale to marketing it in very unique (and effective) ways and handling every minor detail of the transaction itself. This resulted in six offers on the day our house went live with all offers at or above asking price.

Kim also represented us on the purchase of our new home. She even helped negotiate the purchase of an additional item from the sellers.

If you use Kim as your real estate agent (and I highly recommend that you do) then I have one piece of advice: listen to what she says and, more importantly, DO exactly what she says to prepare your home for sale. You'll be glad that you did. She knows what she's talking about.
