Highlights: Mrs. Kim Hunter is trustworthy, an outstanding negotiator, attention to detail oriented, highly experienced, patient, and an all around true professional.

My husband and I met Mrs. Hunter in 2017! Over a five year period, Mrs. Hunter searched for our dream home; our standards were very specific and we refused to settle! She conducted thorough walkthroughs of our current property and provided the expertise that we needed! Ultimately, we purchased our dream home in Feb 2023 and then sold our current home in April 2023! We followed the “Kim Hunter Process” in its entirety; we didn’t question her logic, instead we followed it to the “T”. When it was time to move, we were definitely in the position to make a smooth, momentous transition!

Kim Hunter and team have done it again. I purchased a home with Kim at the end of 2017, but ended up getting married in May 2022. My wife and I decided to look for a home with more land that we could call our forever home, so I called Kim, since I was so satisfied with her when I first worked with her. Words can’t adequately iterate how much we appreciate all of her efforts. She helped us find our dream home with seamless transitions from start to finish. We were fortunate enough to be able to list our home to sell after moving, and she was a rock star. She was able to assist us in getting the maximum value out of our home when interest rates began rising and the market started the downturn shift away from sellers. She answered every question we had, was available when we needed assistance, and provided updates and feedback regularly. We never felt left out of the process in buying or selling. I’m a repeat buyer with Kim, and I can tell you, if I ever have to do it again, I won’t use anyone BUT Kim! She’s simply the best in the area, hands down.

Kim has helped everyone in my family find their house, so I knew when it came time to buy my first home, she was the realtor to go to.
