Kim helped my husband and I buy our first home back in 2017 and from that experience we immediately knew we would use her again if we decided to sell. This past October we finally felt like it was time for a change and this time she guided us through selling our house and buying a new home at the same time. She was amazing at explaining the process and steps it would take and we felt so comfortable because she kept an open line of communication for whenever we had questions or didn't understand something. When we saw a home online that we fell in love with, she was able to get us in to see the house the next day as well as guided us through putting in an offer which was accepted! I wouldn't consider using anyone else as a Realtor.

From start to finish, the process of selling our home was smooth and easy with Kim’s knowledge and experience. Any time We had a question day, night or weekend, Kim responded quickly and honestly. Most importantly, Kim took the time to explain things to us in a way we could thoroughly understand. Kim was clear with what we could expect from listing to closing and she had our best interests in mind when dealing with perspective buyers and their agents.

She was awesome! She came over the next day and immediately began a plan on improving the chances for us to sell our home. She is determined and a very hard worker. Where do I begin with Kim James? We loved our experience with her as our realtor. We are a military family and were under a crazy timeline to sell our home fast, all the while raising three kiddos under the age of 6! Kim, came in helped me stage the home, touch up paint, fill nail holes, helped me stay on top of cleaning (with kids this is HARD), donate items (de clutter), organize and have our home always show ready!

Kim James was great to work with. We looked at many houses over a period of several months. She was always willing to take the time to show houses I'd found and wanted to see even though the area where we were interested in buying was on the other side of Nashville from where her office is. She was very patient in answering any questions we had from the start of our house hunt until we closed. We retained Kim James to sell our home and we couldn't be happier with her performance. Kim had an immediate plan of action and executed it flawlessly. We were on a strict timeline and she had offers on our house within 48 hours and it was sold shortly thereafter. She took time to get to know the property and my wife and me in order to answer any questions the potential buyers had. She held an incredible open house and broadcasted it live so it reached a wider audience. Additionally, she scheduled professional photographers to take stunning photographs of our property. She had our house looking like a million bucks. We were so impressed.

More importantly, however, Kim James made us feel important. We were able to reach her anytime with questions or concerns. She kept us updated with any new developments. Kim also remained calm, cool, and collected when we were completed total stress cases. I would like to recommend Kim James for her professionalism in the sale of our home. Kim was always pleasant, helpful and sincere, never pushy. We were very happy with the valuation and the quick sale of the home. She wasted no time with the photography, advertising and bringing prospective buyers through the home on a regular basis.
