Kim truly does go above and beyond! She helped us with the sale of our house in a variety of ways. During open houses, she would inspect our vacant home and report any issues. She would even sweep, dust, turn on/off faucets and just make herself available for any issues big or small. Her flexibility in communication is excellent. We communicated via FaceTime, text, email, conference calls and in person (IRL). I would highly recommend Kim Johnson for any of your housing needs.

My family and I recently purchased a second home for our frequent travels to Texas. Being out of state buyers, we needed to connect with someone we could trust to be our point of contact in the Dallas real estate market. We were provided a referral for Kim and met initially over a phone call to calibrate on what we were looking for and what our expectations were. We scheduled a quick trip down and were absolutely impressed with how well Kim had taken the details of the initial phone call and translated that into property viewings that were all in the scope of homes that appealed to our taste and liking.

While these sound like basic things, we find often that simple customer service and actively listening to what people are wanting seems to be a lost art. As business owners ourselves, we are extremely particular about how the customer is treated and heard. We left Texas feeling as though Kim had excelled in representing herself as well as us to accomplish our goal of finding a home.

Where it goes from an excellent experience to an exceptional experience came when we closed on the property at a very quick turnaround per our request, flew back down last weekend and were literally met by a team of people that Kim was able to assemble to handle every detail of virtually every need we could have asked for. While the home we purchased is a beautiful property, everyone wants to make a home their own. Before we flew back out, there was a plan in place to manage every detail and a timeline in place to measure against. Kim was of course there, at the center of it, making sure there was a plan and a method.

Every resource that Kim set us up with displayed skill, professionalism, and a genuine interest in the project.

Beyond that though, is the person that Kim is to work with. The level of detail that she navigated through to ensure happiness and satisfaction is a level of care that is not often found anywhere today. You can fake a lot of things in business.

You can not fake genuinity, integrity, and a pure love for helping others. You also can't fake work ethic. Kim is the real deal ! It is refreshing to find someone that is a true "does what they say they are going to do" kind of person. She is one of the hardest working people we have met in a very long time.

Kim sets the bar when it comes to commitment to the customer experience. If there were more stars for this review, they would be filled in. Kim didn't sell us a house, she literally has run a project, shown care about every detail, and continues to help to create a whole new chapter for our family. She has made this process enjoyable and stress free.

It is wonderful doing business that is not transactional but much more relational. At the end of the day, we got a beautiful home to come and enjoy and also gained a new friend.
