Faith Management Company, LLC. was formed through the acquisition of Folk Management Company, LLC. in April 2007. Folk Management Company, LLC. was created in 1987 to manage the asset acquisition which included a majority interest in condominium units at Whispering Oaks Condominiums in the East Memphis River Oaks corridor. FMC has been dedicated to serving the multi-family residential property management and real estate market in East Memphis and Germantown for more than thirty years. Having listed and sold hundreds of properties since Faith’s inception, in April 2015 we became Faith Management & Realty Group, LLC. The Faith Realtors are pictured on this page.
