About Kim

I am the broker for Prestige Realestate Professionals LLC. I firmly believe that not all realtors are created equally. I try to set myself apart by staying up to date on current market trends, financing options, as well as what is happening in the local market. These items are important when it comes to buying and selling a home. I also stay current on contracts and risk management. As a Realtor we are held to a higher standard and a Code of Ethics. Did you know that not all real estate agents are Realtors. Realtors have access to our multiple listing service, which means we have access to more properties and Realtors than a licensee. We are also backed by the National, State and Local Association of Realtors. We are dedicated to our communities and volunteer much of our time to assist local charities and organizations with fundraisers. I have been in real estate since 2009 and I am the Past President for the Western Pinal Association of Realtors. I served on the Board of Directors and was chair for the education committee. Kim was very knowledgeable and helpful in our purchase of a new construction home. She worked with me closely and was very responsive throughout the process. She answered any question and concerns I had which was very conforting. She has great attention to detail. Many times she'd go out of her way to make sure the lender, builder and contractors did right by me. She truly went above and beyond. She's an excellent resource and I highly recommend her.
