I have had the pleasure of working with Kim. She was the only person who reached out to me when I posted on a mutual local Facebook group. I am new to the area and she, without hesitation in just a few minutes, responded to my request! Kim has been nothing but kind to myself and my daughter and I would highly recommend reaching out and utilizing her expertise. She is very knowledgeable to the area and what it has to offer. I would definitely use her again if in need.

I spoke with many lawyers, none that were able to help.  I called Kim Kochis and she recommended a great probate attorney.  It was a Godsend.  Kim has a lot of knowledge about real estate and the law.  If she can't answer my questions, she will find someone that can.
She always answers the phone and listens to me.
