Kim Kokes

Kim Kokes has been selling real estate in and around Walnut Creek since 2002 and specializes in Rossmoor, an active 55+ senior retirement community in Walnut Creek. Kim's experience brings extensive knowledge specific to the unique nature of Rossmoor residential resales. She routinely uses her professional experience to ensure each transaction is a smooth and successful one.

Prior to selling real estate, Kim worked for two mortgage companies processing loans, and for an escrow company. This background strengthens her ability to manage the transaction from start to finish.

Kim is consistently one of the top producers in her office. For 2016 she stood for the most buyers and sellers in the Waterford at Rossmoor. She is highly organized and an excellent communicator. Kim enjoys the business of real estate, and her clients can tell. Happy clients are what makes her job worth doing.

Kim recently joined forces with two colleagues, Danny Smith and Gina Bethel. With this team they have an accumulated 57 years of real estate experience. All three agents have the same values of putting their clients' needs first.

Kim has three fantastic children. Her oldest son lives in Marysville with his wife and 2 sons. Her daughter graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2014, traveled in Europe for a year teaching English as a second language. She is currently living in San Diego. Her youngest son graduated from Las Lomas High School in 2017 where Kim volunteered as the President for the Las Lomas Football Foundation after volunteering as the Operations Director for the Walnut Creek Marauders Youth Football team for 4 years. Her youngest son is currently serving our country as a Marine.
