During the 15 years Kim has been a full-time Florida resident, she has had the pleasure of living in several coastal towns. Her real estate career began on the east coast of Florida where she was originally licensed in 1992 in Boca Raton. She grew up in a family where business ownership and real estate investing were a way of life so real estate has always come naturally to them. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing, owned and operated a business importing furniture and décor, owned a very successful retail home furnishings and décor business for 10 years and have a background in interior design and staging in addition to their real estate experience.
