Kim is a Washington native, growing up in Kirkland and also owning a home in Cle Elum for over 25 years. She has traveled the state extensively and knows it well. Kim also ran her father's home inspection company, Seattle Eastside Building Inspections for over 25 years. In 2007, her father retired, and she decided it was time for a change and obtained her Real Estate License. She has been a yearly Top Producer helping her clients buy and sell real estate ever since. With her extensive knowledge in home inspections and being an Accredited Staging Professional, Kim understands what it takes to prepare a home for sale in order for it to sell at top value.
