Kim Lutz

Kim Lutz, Realtor®, is a member of the sales and leasing team at Compass Real Estate, LLC. Ms. Lutz has a diverse background in commercial and industrial real estate which also includes expertise with investment properties and land development. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Pennsylvania State University in Urban Planning and is certified in the University of California San Diego Real Estate Land Development Program.

Ms. Lutz, a Lancaster County native, lived in San Diego, CA for 17 years where she worked in the building industry for engineering and environmental consultants, was a project manager for a developer and a permit specialist for the Metropolitan Wastewater Department, City of San Diego, returning home in 1999. She is an active member of Lancaster County Association of Realtors, the American Business Women Association, the Rotary Club of Lancaster and the Chair of a networking organization, Circle of Influence.
