My 35 years of local knowledge have served me well in becoming a local expert and notable Realtor. My professionalism, knowledge, attentive style is what attracts serious buyers and sellers to me. I am also involved in my community with local schools and other non-profit organizations.

Through years of transaction negotiations and education I am a competent and skilled negotiator who can excel in getting buyers into homes and getting sellers the top dollar for their sale.

I have found that the highest form of a compliment to me is a referral from a past client. After 22+ years in real estate more than 90% of my clients are referral based.

I will mention accolades only since many people find awards important to prove success. I have recently received an invitation to be listed on the Forbes top Realtor’s list. I have also received the Seattle’s 5 STAR Service Award for 13 consecutive years. My greater accomplishment is that I am an active Certified Residential Specialist, which is only currently about 4% of Realtors in the US. This designation is a powerhouse of knowledge and has amazing referral agents that I can connect you with across the world.
