Through years of transaction negotiations and education I am a competent and skilled negotiator who can excel in getting buyers into homes and getting sellers the top dollar for their sale.

I have found that the highest form of a compliment to me is a referral from a past client. After 22+ years in real estate more than 90% of my clients are referral based.

I have also received the Seattle’s 5 STAR Service Award for 13 consecutive years. My greater accomplishment is that I am an active Certified Residential Specialist, which is only currently about 4% of Realtors in the US. This designation is a powerhouse of knowledge and has amazing referral agents that I can connect you with across the world.
