Kim Miller did an excellent job in helping my husband and I look for the home of our dreams. Mrs. Miller kept us up to date with all the ins and outs when purchasing a house, she was very patient and so kind to us and adloud us to view as many houses as we wanted. We will definitely recommend her services to friends and family members who our interested in purchasing a home, and I have to say out of other realtors who crossed our path, Mrs. Miller was the best.

Where do I start?! I was in looking to sell my home and buy a new construction and needed a real estate agent. I was not happy with my original/first agent so I was in the market for an agent that checked all the boxes as well. I didn’t have to look far and happy I found Kim! I know she has many clients but I felt like I was her only one. She was available when I needed her (call, email, and txt), communicated and kept me up to date through the whole process and politely educated me when I asked questions or needed guidance. Furthermore, I was admitted to the hospital 4 days before our closing on our new home and didn’t get discharged until 2-3 days after closing. While I expected stress, Kim led the charge and handled everything to make sure closing wasn’t delayed. Not only was I stress free by Kim’s efforts, my wife was happy too! I would recommend Kim to anyone whether it is your first home buying experience or last…I can’t thank her and her team enough…10/10!

The first day I met Kim,  I knew that she was going to be the one to help me find my new home.  She was professional, enthusiastic, very positive and patient. I was a bit picky, but she never showed any frustration. Kim was responsive to my needs and well informed. She was always available whenever I wanted to see a house or to answer any of my many questions. I highly recommend her and will refer any of my friends looking to buy or sell a house.

Kim Miler did an excellent job in representing me as my real estate agent. I could have not asked for a better agent she was well-established and knowledgeable she showed professionalism throughout our interaction and even when the realtor on the opposite side of the deal tried to be tricky miss Miller showed her experience by out maneuvering her. I began my home buying journey in late July or August. Kim put me in touch with someone to guide me with cleaning up my credit score and becoming pre-qualified for buying my first home. She was very patient and understanding with my decisions. She gave sound advice for then and now.
