Kim Mosey

She is proud to continue the family owned business succeeding her mother, Karen Cook. Kim has a Bachelor of Science from Eastern Michigan University. Her prior experience in residential property management, executive apartment housing and the mortgage industry has built a strong foundation for Association Management. Kimberly is also the Associate Broker of KC Property Service, LLC. She has the experience, skills and education needed to make any real estate project a success. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and Community Associations Institutes. As the base of the company's development is delivering superior customer service to our Associations, Kimberly has doubled the team members at KC Property Service. Kimberly is a strong leader and her charismatic personality makes KCPS a comfortable and exciting place to work. As of recent she has become a member of the Board of Directors for E.L.E.I.A. Beach. Kimberly is happily married with 3 beautiful children and enjoys spending her free time with family and friends.
