My belief is a person or persons, in the market to purchase or sell a home, “must” NOT…“should“…“MUST”, experience through the process a sincere trust, and walk away at the end of that transaction with feelings of at least three emotions: Joy, Satisfaction, and Gratitude.

To provide some background, this is the third house we have purchased. Not being foreign to the process or terminology that comes along with this sort of investment, we quickly festered feelings of distrust, uncertainty, and worry (to say the least) with the performance of the initial agent that assisted us from a different agency. 

With that said, Kim Newton had stepped in to be our agent and turned around a situation we almost walked away from, due to our initial agent’s less than satisfactory knowledge and performance.

Kim is a straight shooter who genuinely cares about your interests in the process of buying or selling a home. I could tell within the first hour that her knowledge and experience was what we needed. Especially since my spouse and I work full time and need someone to be able to tackle our questions with an informed response.

The amount of relief we received from Kim’s competence and ability to communicate, while at the same time being our advocate, was next to flawless. Her attention to detail saved us from a major complication we would have experienced down the road. It is my belief that Kim would go above and beyond for any of her clients in the way she did for us. We cannot thank her enough.

This was the hardest review to write as it is my first on any platform, and I have never felt more compelled to share our experience. We came away from this process with no regrets working with Kim. The pressure she pulled from our plates was unmeasurable.

Not only did we walk away at the end of the transaction with our lovely home, and the feelings of joy, satisfaction and gratitude, we left with the experience and understanding that Kim will always be there for us if questions or concerns arise.

I whole-heartedly recommend her and will continue to do so. She’s an absolute pleasure to work with.
