Hi, I’m Kim Nguyen, a licensed REALTOR® serving both Arizona and California. Born in Vietnam and raised in San Diego, I moved to Tucson in 2020, where I’ve built my business around helping people find the place they’re proud to call home.

I’ve been a full-time agent since 2018, and I specialize in first-time home buyers, military relocation, and helping snowbirds make a smooth transition to sunny Tucson.
