Kim Nicols

Before relocating to Placer County in 2003, Kim Nicols did a lot of research on the various communities, their demographics, investigated the schools, athletic programs, extracurricular activities and decided that Placer County would be the best fit for her family. Having been raised and working in Silicon Valley, she had high expectations for any area she was going to settled down in with her family.

Throughout her career, Kim has been fortunate to help hundreds of families buy or sell homes and move on to the next phase of their lives.
Buying or selling a home can often be a very emotional process. Each client’s situation is unique of one another and needs to be treated individually. Therefore, providing personalized service and assessing her client’s specific needs is of paramount importance to her.

Kim is married with two young children and currently reside in Granite Bay. She enjoys outdoor sports, hiking, boating, and spending time with friends and family.
