Before real estate, Kim spent 22 years in healthcare leadership. She earned a BA with Distinction and Honors in Psychology from Stanford University and an MS in Physical Therapy from Duke University. Under her leadership, her team achieved #1 regional performance across service, quality, financial efficiency, compliance, safety, and technology. Following a distinguished healthcare career, Kim chose real estate as the next chapter of her commitment to helping people improve their lives.
