I have bought and sold homes using Real Estate Investment Experts. Kim Pham is Vietnamese, but her English is perfect. Kim completely listened to my desires and then applied the tools of her 30+ years in Real Estate investment experience along with her extensive Real Estate Knowledge to help me succeed. Kim verified her status of being an elite agent by allowing me to witness her Certified Commercial Investment Member Certification (Only 7% of National Brokers are able to achieve this milestone.) As a result Kim not only made me feel secure in my transactions but achieved a maximized return on investment. I discovered Kim is also licensed to perform loans in California, and is a Licensed Real Estate agent in Nevada. I highly recommend Kim and have referred her to my friends and family and will definitely use her in future housing transactions.
