Greetings from Long Beach Island! Kim is a full-time real estate agent specializing in LBI sales and summer rentals, servicing all LBI and the surrounding mainland communities. Kim has earned real estate designations- ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), RSPS (Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist), SFR Certification (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource) and received the prestigious New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Award 2012- present. She grew up in Middlesex County, New Jersey. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Trenton State College in Pre-Law/Criminal Justice. Her childhood summers spent on LBI with my parents, brother, cousins, and friends. When she married and had a family of my own, we began the LBI tradition with our children. They loved the island so much they purchased our first beach home in 2000. But that was not enough for her…3 years later they decided to move to LBI year-round, sold the beach house, and built a home and life in Beach Haven beginning 2003.
