This whole process was absolutely terrifying for me, and her professionalism and reassurance through every step of the transaction made me feel so comfortable with the decisions that I was making! She took her time through my 2,000 questions and helped inform me on what was needed to be sure that I stayed on track. Kim Prince is truly an exceptional real estate agent! I met Kim through my parents as she was helping them relocate from California to Tennessee. I was so impressed with her level of knowledge and attentiveness that I knew I wanted her to be our agent in the future. When my husband and I decided to purchase our first Short Term Rental property downtown Nashville, Kim was the first call we made, and I’m so thankful we did.

Within minutes of getting off the phone with Kim she had property searches set up with our specific parameters. As first time buyers in the Short Term Rental world, we were incredibly anxious and I imagine, rather high maintenance. Kim always made us feel like we were her first priority, she was eager to educate us, provided thorough explanations and gave us confidence in our new venture.

Kim was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she would always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Once we found a property we were interested in purchasing she did an incredible amount of information gathering about the specifics of the building, status of city inspections required for STRs, and reviewing all the HOA documents. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the documents and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. She really treated the situation like she was purchasing the property, she looked out for us and always had our best interests in mind.

It is rare to find someone who genuinely wants the best for their clients. She will listen to what you’re looking for and make your dreams a reality. Between her attention to detail, knowledge of the market and caring personality, she made the purchase process simple and stress free. There isn’t anyone I could imagine recommending with as much enthusiasm as this. Kim is absolutely phenomenal and I will never use anyone else but her.

Kim Prince, seriously the BEST realtor ever! Kim is intelligent. She stays current with all aspects of the market and keeps her clients in the know. Her communication skills are excellent, she is quick to respond to questions. We moved from out of state and she kept us up to date on TN issues. I am confident there are numerous good realtors; we have used a dozen over our 40 years of marriage. However, Kim was a favorite realtor by far; my husband and I agree she is a rare treasure. Buying or selling a home is a big investment and knowing an experienced realtor with integrity is working for you makes the process easier. We have recommended her to family and friends and they consider themselves blessed by her as well.

Kim Prince did an exceptional job as we searched for our home. We were from out of state which we thought would make the process very difficult. Kim always had our best interest at heart and was not just trying to get a sale done and move on. She walked us through every step of the process, was always available to us and went above and beyond to make sure any property we were interested in checked all our boxes. I would highly recommend working with Kim, I do not think we could have found a better agent. Thank you Kim!

Denise Mann and her closing team including Kimberly were the absolute best Realtor team ever. They helped us so much and kept on top of everything and helped us solve the little problems as they came up. I would encourage everyone that is either buying or selling a house to use Denise Mann and Keller WILLIAMS as their realtors as they are truly amazing to work with.
