Since 2003, he has had the pleasure of serving as a real estate agent, listing and selling real estate throughout the Washington Metropolitan area. At the start of his career, he was so eager to get his license that as soon as he passed his test, he drove straight to the nearest real estate office, a Century 21 office, to inquire about how he could begin serving potential clients. Within weeks, he joined that very office and has been with them ever since.
As a native resident of Washington, DC, and a previous resident of Northern Virginia and Prince George's County, Maryland, he understands the area's real estate market. His unique area perspective has proven to be an advantage in his career. Also, he prides himself on education and being resourceful. This is why he took advantage of as many real estates continuing education opportunities as possible, starting very early on in his real estate career. He attended countless seminars, conferences, and webinars to hone his craft. He attained the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designations to separate himself from other agents. Prior to joining the real estate world, he was an accountant. As a person that is naturally gifted to understand numbers, he has a special ability to understand the various financial aspects of real estate to better position his clients for success when using a loan to purchase a home.
He is a full-service agent, licensed in DC, MD, and VA, with a proven track record. He enjoys serving clients, sharing his expertise, and providing his clients with the best representation during one of life's most important events. He specializes in meeting the needs of service people in the military, first-time home buyers, those that are relocating, and many more. He also has experience with short sales, estate sales, and transactions that require coinciding settlements. He truly loves what he does!
