I reached out to Kim in Feb 2022 because the place we were renting the owner wanted to sell. She introduced me to an amazing lender to assist us with financing. Kim was there 150% throughout the entire process. She did her absolute due diligence to ensure that everything was expedited in a timely manner. When we text her homes she set us up a schedule to go visit homes, and wrote up offers promptly and accurately. We were finally preapproved mid April, and closed May 27th. We appreciate everything that she has done for our family she helped us make the impossible…possible.
