Kim Rivers was me and my siblings’ realtor for selling my mom’s condo in Redlands and she was absolutely fantastic. I’ve sold or bought properties from 8 different realtors over the last 10 years and Kim Rivers as well as another realtor in Palm Desert are my very best experiences. Very adept and level-headed at every aspect of paperwork and hurdles that all transactions have. Excellent communicator at every stage; in person, on the phone, email, texting, she was so helpful to all of us and took the challenge of communicating with four people in stride. She was very honest and trustworthy – I never once questioned her suggestions/decisions. My mom’s house was sold within 2 ½ months, and I credit Kim’s attention to detail and excellent communication (with the other realtor as well as us) for how smoothly and quickly the transaction went.

My father recently passed away, and living out of state, we were fortunate to have Kim as a friend and realtor. She helped us to deal with our grief first and foremost, and as we were ready, helped us with the sale of his house. She and her husband helped us with the initial clean out, then helped us with arranging for an estate sale. Following that, she helped us with a termite company and the removal of an infested shed. And if all that isn’t enough, she sold the house in a matter of days.
To say she has gone above and beyond to make the sale go as smoothly and easy for us as possible is an understatement. Living out of state, it would have been extremely difficult to manage this without Kim’s help and counsel. For anyone searching for a realtor, we would highly recommend Kim Rivers. Like us, I’m sure you will be very pleased with her and amazed by how she will help you with the sale or purchase of a home. In short, Kim Rivers is the best.

Kim was very helpful with the sale of my mother’s home. She was very patient and understanding because it was such an emotional process for our family, but Kim reassured us from the beginning of the process that when we were ready to sell she’d be there. She would check on us periodically to see how we were doing and if we were ready to move forward! If we had questions about anything it was very easy to get in touch with Kim and she always returned calls in a timely manner. Throughout the entire process Kim was very professional and helpful, when our first deal didn’t work out Kim got right back to work and had another buyer within days and completed the sale with the new buyer quickly! First and foremost, my challenge as a seller could not be surpassed. The house I was selling was a complete challenge and I do not live in the area, which made matters worse. That said, seeing Kim's ad made me feel like the sale of the house could actually happen. I never thought in the age of Covid that my house could sell, especially after everything that happened.

It did a few months later and I couldn't be happier. Kim is respectful, communicative, honest, and the best realtor I could ever ask for. Kim is everything I needed to take care of both my personal situation and understands. Kim is a caring person and very knowledgeable about what and who she represents. Kim is a definitive advisor on the tough matters and goes above and beyond with what she does. Kim is a professional and is amazing at what she does. I couldn't ask for a far better person in the world to help me sell my home.

My wife and I knew Kim and her husband for many years, before knowing her on a professional basis. Selecting her to represent us for the sale of our home was one of our very
best decisions.
She met with us several times prior to listing our home, helping us with staging ideas as well as determining an appropriate sale price.

Kim was our realtor when we sold our home in East Highland. She has thorough knowledge of this whole area, which we were confident would get us the best price for our home. We received a full price offer the very next day after listing! She is very professional and always available for any questions you may have. Kim was our realtor when we sold our home in Yucaipa. She worked closely with us to get the house ready to sell. She set up for professional pictures to be taken, which showed our house off very nicely! Then she sold our house in four days! She is a wonderful person to work with, very professional and she knows the real estate business and what needs to be done to sell a house.
