Kim Roach

Kim is passioate about her career in real estate and is constantly striving for excellence.  She sees the importance of becoming involved in other aspects of real estate such as volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, keeping updated on local real estate information via membership and meetings with the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors.  "Knowledge is power" and that is one reason Kim is diligent in her continuing education as well as attending classes, seminars and training lessons.  Kim is also a member of the Women's Council of Realtors and recently volunteered to be chairperson for the Ways and Means Special Committee for the Jacksonville Florida Chapter.  You can find Kim volunteering her time at Seabreeze elementary as well as serving on the PTA as the Business Partner Chairperson.  Supporting and Sponsoring the Fletcher High School Girls Lacrosse team is one of Kim's favorite, not only for the loud cheering and thrill of competition but being able to watch young ladies use their best skills and work  together as a team to accomplish one goal is very inspirational.
