Working with Kim was an absolute pleasure. Being a first-time home buyer was a scary proposition for me but working with Kim took a lot of those anxieties away. I felt comfortable asking any questions or making any request knowing that she had my best interest in mind. She was not only invested in helping me find the best home but also the best financing options which was a huge help in the end! We visited multiple properties and she would not let me settle on anything until she felt I was completely comfortable. Once under contract, she provided constant updates about the property, community, and things on the horizon which was very important in making me feel comfortable with the process. I could go on and on but her professionalism and caring energy was amazing! I highly recommend using Kim when purchasing a home.
