Kim Salavarrieta

A Northern Nevada resident since the age of five I grew up here and raised my family here too. Growing up with horses and competing around the State, I admired the rural ranches and farmlands that sprawled where many businesses and residential developments now reside.

Following in my grandfather and father's footsteps in real estate, I became a licensee in 1994 and have experienced firsthand the vast changes in the real estate marketplace. One of my grandfather's projects was the Rancho Haven development back in the 1960's and I actually received my very first horse off of that old ranch. I guess you can say love of the land is in my blood.
