Kim recently helped us purchase a home and it was an absolute delight working with her during the entire process – especially in this competitive seller’s market. Kim was very straightforward, and she patiently worked with us until we found the home we wanted. She knows what she does and how to make the deal in your favor. We are not from Atlanta area and she helped educating us on different neighborhoods and guided us throughout. She is trustworthy, dependable and very knowledgeable with a network of good support systems that makes the home buying process as painless as possible. We even had a situation where our move to Atlanta got delayed due to personal reasons and she went out of her way to help us find a great tenant in between. Kim was a pleasure to work with as a buyer’s agent. She gained an understanding of what I wanted out of a lake home and kept an active eye on the limited inventory as it came available.
After working with Kim for a year, we were able to find our dream home and through her guidance close (on schedule) at purchase price and terms that I was satisfied with. Her communication during all of our showings/viewings was great and her understanding of Lake Lanier and the specifics of lake home ownership are second to none.
