Kim Scott was our realtor selling our house in Naperville in 2009 and we went back to her again selling our next house in Naperville in 2022. She sold our house in 2009 when other realtors weren’t able to get it done. Kim listed our house in October 2022 and sold it in a weekend for well over asking. She was always there to answer questions, handle problems and bring us to the finish line. Kim is a true professional and I would recommend her to anyone.

We'd already been through 2 agents and had a contract fall through in the latter stages. We needed to find someone with more experience and creative thinking to get us over the finish line. I truly believe if it wasn't for Kim's persistence and ability to find solutions to some difficult issues, we wouldn't be in our new home today.
With everything that went on - possible delays in closings and potentially losing the home we really wanted - we managed both closings in 1 day and on-time. I wish I found her earlier...
And you know talent when they surround themselves with a great team. Kim's team is absolutely amazing from the attorneys to the lenders, inspectors and throughout.

My fiance and I are first time home buyers and Kim made the process so easy! Even during this crazy real estate climate she was honest and always gave her un biased opinion. But, also encouraged us to go after properties we were interested in. She is very knowledgeable on the Aurora and Naperville markets. Kim was able to tell us the best neighborhoods, advice on pricing, and helped us write competitive offers. We always felt like she made us a priority and helped us set up showings that worked around our schedule. She would be available at the drop of a hat to show us a property last minute. Her personality and excitement about the process made her wonderful to work with. She genuinely wants you to find a great home that you're excited about. Kim is a first ballot Hall of Fame realtor in my book. She knows the Naperville market like no other and was able to help us sell our house quickly and efficiently. She was extremely communicative throughout the process and here attention to detail was second to none. You could tell that she truly cared and had a vested interest at all times for our well being. We actually sold our house twice, with the first sale falling apart due to some unscrupulous buyers. This could have been devastating to us, but Kim went into Beast Mode and immediately relisted the house and had it resold in 4 days. She was a great negotiator as well. Being someone that negotiates for a living, I rarely trust someone to do my bidding for me, but Kim was solid in this area, knowing exactly when to press and when to let up. In all, if you are selling a high end home in Naperville, you should make one call and one call only when looking for a listing agent, and that call should be to Kim Scott.

Selling a house at a difficult price point during a pandemic was quite a challenge. Kim was absolutely wonderful. She found creative ways to keep activity going on the house, she helped me navigate the ups and downs of the selling process, and, most importantly, she gave me excellent direction/advice even when it was a tough message to deliver. She is honest, professional, and responsive; I knew I was in trustworthy, competent hands.
