We worked with Kim for the first time when she worked tirelessly to find us our perfect home. We were so impressed by her professionalism and hard work that we knew there was no one else we would rather have work with us to sell that same home when it came time for us to move.

Kim is an expert in her field, and we had zero doubts about her knowledge when it came to selling the house. She does her research thoroughly and takes that extra step when determining what is the best way to move forward. She handled everything for us! Her communication is phenomenal, and we never felt like we were missing something or not being listened to. Her negotiation skills are top-notch, and she'll make sure you get the best deal!
