Kim Shepard

Having grown up in Central Ohio, Kim has a vast knowledge of neighborhoods, schools, shopping and other areas of interest. Real estate was a natural progression for her, with a background in marketing, finance, home staging and sales. Kim enjoys working with a variety of people, always striving to provide them with exceptional service and to have influence in their lives. Kim is enthusiastic about making an enjoyable experience for her clients. She is highly organized and communicates with all involved every step of the way to set up realistic expectations. Whether moving, a seasoned buyer/seller or a first-time homeowner, Kim always stands for her clients with their best interest in mind, helping them with respect and integrity as their trusted advisor.

When not listing or showing real estate in Central Ohio, Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends, dining out, watching movies and being outdoors. Her favorite local attractions include the Circleville Pumpkin Show, Canal Winchester Blues and Ribs Fest, and listening to outdoor music at the Rockside Winery in Lancaster. When Kim wants to spend an evening in downtown Columbus, nothing is better than enjoying the Broadway musicals and concerts at the historic Palace or Ohio Theater. OSU Football Saturdays are the highlight of her fall, followed by the winter TSO concert at Nationwide. Kim and her husband, Steve have raised 3 wonderful children that are thriving, successful adults and have exceeded their expectations. They enjoy short getaways to visit with them in Fort Mill, SC, Houston, TX and Roanoke, VA.
