Kim Shoquist

Kim has spent the last 7 years in real estate, developing and fostering relationships with sellers and buyers. She has experience in working with buyers/sellers with beachfront properties, condos, ranch and land, and residential homes. Prior to real estate, Kim spent 45 years in corporate America (PWC, Compaq, HP, Austin County State Bank current, Western International). She learned so many transferable skills during that time that have set her up for success as a realtor.



Community is important to Kim as she has been active in the Bellville Community for 30 years. Young Life, Bellville Chamber of Commerce, Bellville Hospital Foundation, Stephen Minister, Meals on Wheels, and Blue Bonnet Society are a few organizations she is currently a part of or have been.



When not working or volunteering - gardening, traveling and now playing pickleball are some of Kim’s favorite activities. Her mantra has been to meet people where they are, understand their wants and needs, and help them to develop their vision.
